Fees and payment
Each session is one hour and costs $125.
Your first visit includes up to 30 extra minutes at no charge. We don’t know each other yet, and trust takes time. Those minutes give us room to talk about what brings you in before we begin.
I accept cash, check, credit card, Zelle, and Venmo.
I don’t bill insurance.
Booking
Booking and your first visit
Book online at least 24 hours ahead. For a same-day or next-day session, text me at (916) 281-4284 and I’ll let you know what’s open.
If you’re new, I’ll review your request first. Once I approve your first appointment, you’ll receive an online intake form by email. Please complete it before your session.
I will meet you in the lobby by the front glass doors. Text me when you arrive and I will come get you as soon as I am able. Directions and parking
Please plan to arrive on time. Your session ends at its scheduled time so the next person gets their full hour, too.
Cancellations
Cancellations and missed appointments
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. That gives me time to offer the hour to someone else.
With less notice, the full session fee applies. If you send someone to take your place, your fee is waived.
If you miss your appointment, the full fee is charged and needs to be paid before your next session.
If something unexpected comes up, text me as soon as you can. The fee still applies, but I’d rather hear from you late than not at all.
